Refund Policy

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the event details. The Macquarie Matrons operate under a no refund policy and as such are unable to refund any tickets where the guest decides they no longer wish to attend, or is unable to attend the event, as a result of any change in personal circumstances, including but not limited to medical grounds. If the event takes place then generally there is no right to a refund or exchange, including where a guest cannot attend because of adverse weather conditions.

Order Confirmation

Details of all successful and completed ticket purchase orders are sent to the purchaser (in the form an email). If you do not receive this email after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with The Macquarie Matrons whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. The Macquarie Matrons will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assumed that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Cancelled Events

In the unlikely situation that the event is cancelled or postponed by The Macquarie Matrons due to weather conditions or other situations which may affect the performers, staff or audience, please contact the committee for information on receiving a refund. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered seats at the rescheduled event or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event or the event is not rescheduled, a refund. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether the event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation. We do not guarantee that guest will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.

The Macquarie Matrons are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will give you the chance to opt out of any marketing email from us. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

- credit/debit card details for the purpose of ticket payment

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
